Rules for using SlideBySlide.ai ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using the SlideBySlide.ai website and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live and not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

Description of the Service

SlideBySlide.ai provides tools to create, edit, store, and share presentations, including AI-assisted features. Features, limits, and availability may change. We may offer free and paid plans; usage limits may apply depending on your plan and are enforced in the product.

Third-party platforms (including ChatGPT)

If you use our integration inside OpenAI ChatGPT (for example via MCP), your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's terms and policies, in addition to these Terms. We do not control ChatGPT's interface, availability, or model behavior. Data processing specific to that integration is described in our Privacy Policy.

Accounts, subscriptions, and payments

You are responsible for credentials and activity on your account. Paid features may be billed through a third-party payment processor (for example Stripe). Fees, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are as shown at checkout and in applicable product terms. If you fail to pay or violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access.

License to use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security or usage limits except as permitted by law.

Your content

You retain rights to content you create, subject to third-party rights (for example stock images). You grant us a worldwide license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed for the content you upload and that it complies with law. Presentation visibility (public vs private) depends on product controls you select.

AI output

AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for important decisions. The Service is not professional advice.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity; to violate others' intellectual property or privacy; to distribute malware; to spam or scrape at scale without permission; or to build a competing service by systematically extracting our data or models. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Except for your content and rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (US $50), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, directors, and employees against any third-party claims and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or law, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons, with or without notice where allowed. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in some jurisdictions give you mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived; nothing here limits those rights.

Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on the same subject.
